Been a while

I reckon in Fixed Format RPG  your C specs can have CLR   . LR goes in the Level Column. Total time calculations.

But I suspect you are updating multiple records once per cycle.
I have never used commitment control in the RPG cycle.
I guess you are processing a groups of records,
so the place to do the commit would be after the last record in a group is updated/written.

I reckon there are L indicators to show a change in a group.
So I would  use CL1,  or the proper level  2 3 etc, as per the code to get a commit done per group.

I have an RPGLE program that uses the logic cycle. It has "T" O-specs
conditioned on LR. Based on my best guess of how the logic cycle works,
those O-specs will be executed after all the Calculation specs. I want to
add commitment control to this program, but I don't know how/where to
execute the Commit; command.

Any suggestions?
