There is also a program RtvSrc that is out there in the wild somewhere
although a quick look-see with google did not locate an active link for it.

Regarding RTVSRC CMD,

I have found on our Dev system a library named RTVSRCLIB with the sources
needed to create RTVSRC utility.
The sources contain a "COPYRIGHT (c) 1997 Chris Stead, All rights
reserved." line.

If it's OK I can send a SAVF, just drop me an e-mail.
