One or more of those statements is incorrect. (unless maybe you're way
behind on PTFs)

So PGMA-->Proc() == found
PGMB-->Proc() == not found

Are PGMA & PGMB both called from the same job? Or different jobs?

Show your code..
SRVPGM module h-specs, f-specs, procedure, and any file op-codes in the proc

Any messages in the joblog?
