Re: Retrieved record on a chain - file allows duplicate keys

If this is strictly a CHAIN using a logical file then the first record
returned should be the duplicate with the (currently) lowest relative
record number. Under the covers the system includes the RRN of the record
in the key, generally right after the actual key values. Note that
"currently" is important due to reuse of deleted records.
