Do you mean single use as in "we need to do this to one email" or something

Depends on what you're using for email systems.

I have applications for Office 365/Outlook and Gmail as available software
at www.bvstools.com (GreenTools for Microsoft and GreenTools for Google...
G4MS and G4G for short).

They will allow you to retrieve email from any of your inboxes. The
resulting files are stored in the IFS with message, attachments, images,
etc
all separate files.

It all depends on what you use for email.
