So this api is designed to send a message to a message queue.
My understanding is...

If a MsgID is specified then that message text is pulled from
msgfile/msglib parms.
Additionally, if there is text in MsgData then it will append that data
into any & substitution vars defined in the msgID/msgtext.

If a MsgID is not specified, then the message in MsgData is passed to the
message queue as-is.

In my program what I am wanting to do is be sure a particular valid msgID
is referenced when you view the message details in the message queue,
but I
want to put my own dynamically built message with that msgId. I know
that
sounds rather odd, but that is the mission.

I do not want to mess with any of the existing msgId's in the message
file
to allow my dynamic message info to be appended to them via
substitution variables.

Is there a way with this API or another API to accomplish what I want?
