Hi Steve,
I usually keep the job running in a dedicated job queue as a monitor: after
the run, I use DLYJOB to have a perfect control on when it should run next.
You can easily put the delay before executing its duty so even the first
run time can be set properly.

If you don't want a monitor, James's solution is an excellent choice for me.

Hi Steve

I know this type of functionality exist in licensed program "Advanced Job
Scheduler", but it is not free.

From our side, I use the following process. It still requires a submit,
either from job scheduler or another job, and a process that runs in the
background. Not sure if it will be of use for you though.
