It should be defined 10U 0 (not 10I 0) because the maximum number of rows in
a physical file/SQL Table is 4,2 Billion of rows which is the maximum of 10U
0. With 10I 0 you might get an overflow.

the subfield in the Data Structure is 397 to 400 Integer with zero decimals
