The QWCRSVAL API can be used to retrieve the QSRLNBR system value to get the serial number.

The QSZRTVPR API can be used to retrieve the OS version.

The "system name" depends on what you are referring to by system name, but I suspect you mean the system name network attribute (set via CHGNETA).  You can retrieve this with the QWCRNETA API.
