They are also available through KnowledgeCenter, although a longish path - on the main page, click on PDF files and manuals, in there find the link to additional reference manuals. Click on that, and you'll see RPG/400 in the list - it's not available there, but is available at the IBM Publications Center - you can search there for RPG/400, up comes a list of a few, one is this one - the link to download is this, in its very long form -

The Publications Center also has the ADTS manuals, so you can get an RLU manual, SDA, etc.
