I didn't try that... I use both RLU and SEU... SEU for the AFPDS (logos, boxes, lines, etc.)

I concur with Mr. Franz on this. While I use SDA with some regularity
when working on display files, I always hand-code print files, and don't
even know *how* to use RLU. (Then again, when I do an AFP print file,
it's for PDF generation, and after hand-generating a width table in
order to calculate horizontal shrink factors on the fly, merely
hand-coding a print file is a piece of cake.)

And even though I regularly have to use the aformentioned shrink-factor
calculation in order to guarantee that a long field will fit in the
space allocated for it, I've never encountered any complaints about
field length.
