Hello John and Scott,

Thanks again for your valuable suggestions! I'll get back to you tomorrow or next week. I'm confused myself because after recompiling/linking the unchanged RPG module with compiler optimization turned on, the problem is back again. Turning off optimization again: Problem persists. Checking: Yes, I'm calling the right *PGM object. Sign off/back on: Problem persists (could have been some strange activation group thing, eventhough I link with ACTGROUP(*NEW).

Allow me some time to really test and take notes instead of wildly and blindly applying hints and guessing what I've done so far. :-)
