Nathan - I am of a similar mind with Jon - Jay does mention his products quite often without an explicit indicator of it being a vendor. You probably remember my <verndor response>'s when I worked at an ISV - I think it's important to distinguish product and personal comments.

At the same time, I think Jay gives the community valuable insights. Thanks for that!

And hey, I don't always agree with Jon on SQL, especially related to XML stuff! He just threatens to cross the border when I make bad (good?) humor here!
