I am very interested in this myself, as we have a few source PFs that
were defined as CCSID 65535 while most of them are CCSID 37.

I suspect (but hope that I am wrong) that the only way to do it is to
create a brand new source PF with the proper CCSID, then copy over all
the members to this new file. Which I guess doesn't sound *too* bad,
but it sure would be nice if there were an in-place,
metadata-preserving way.
