You could so it with dynamic SQL...

But for static, you can only pass single values...

If there's a reasonable number of list values, you can do

dcl-s list char(10) dim(5);

exec sql
update aafjie
set fld1 = :tc
where fld2 in (:list(1), :list(2), :list(3), :list(4),:list(5));
