Web Service gives me this .json:

wData_length 14
SeasOceans
0 "Adriatic Sea"
1 "Arctic Ocean"
2 "Atlantic Ocean"

... 100 rows, 14 rows with data.

This code, and all the permutations I can think of, don't work:

         exec sql select * into :dataIn
            from json_table(SYSTOOLS.HTTPGETCLOB(:wURL,''),
                '$' columns('wData_Length',
                            'SeasOceans[*]') );

I believe it is the array that I am messing up.
