Code128 CR/LF

Can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong?
I am attempting to code a carriage return and line feed into a code128 barcode. My code looks like this:

d cr c const(X'0D')
d lf c const(X'25')

dimen2 = pwd + cr + lf + dimen1;


Print file:

A DIMEN2 30A 1
A BARCODE(CODE128 2 *NOHRI (*WIDTH .-
A 007))

Scan results using a Unitech AS10-U scanner:
