If the source type is RPG36, the record length on the F-spec must agree with
the record length on disk. There is no LevelCheck=*No in this scenario.
Been there, done that.

That is correct. On the i you shouldn't even have to change the F spec.
On the /36 the program blew up if the recl did not match.
