This did it for me:
itext pdf secure
Lots of samples , but you'll need some Java knowledge.

The main point is there's not always a free lunch available and you can't always expect ready made end-to-end code samples.
Sometimes you have to fish a little and then code it or engage experts $$$ if you don't have the knowledge.
