Yup, just knocked up a simple example with Keyboard Shift "I".

I can confirm what John and Joe suggested - it works just fine and appears to achieve what you want. I also used RTNCSRLOC and DSPATR(PC) to get the cursor where I wanted after F4 is pressed. (Too lazy to use CSRLOC and the File Feedback Area.)
