SQL select rrn

       exec sql select rand(MICROSECOND(CURRENT_TIMESTAMP)) into :wField5
           from SYSIBM/SYSDUMMY1;
       wSeed = wField5 * 10000;
       // ---------------------------------------------------------------------
       // Get random records
exec sql select SOMEFIELD into :wSomeField from BIGFILE
            where rrn(BIGFILE) = :wSeed;

This is returning sqlcode -204.

Reading about -204 and rrn leads me to believe there is more going on than I realize.
