A couple of points:

* the original data includes date fields; once I figured out that it
was date fields as response fields causing the problem it was easy
to have a char field for output. NBD after i stumbled on the issue.
* Now I realize that it worked on V7R2 just fine. It was V7R1 that
failed. So the issue has been fixed and is invisible to the user.

Hi Booth
I am also investigating what is required for IWS
I have to wait until we can load PTF's to our development system, before I will be continuing with my proof of concept

When you ask -
So We can't use date fields in service programs with *PCML?
Where are you using the date fields?
Part of the request transaction?
Within the body of the procedure?
Part of the response?
