Are you sure whatever you are doing is supported at V7R1? There are significant differences in the releases.

When I look that error up it tells that it has to do with
pgminfo(*PCML:*MODULE:*DCLCASE) Earlier discussions suggested it needed to be on an h-spec and to also include it in the compile options.
This had worked on a V7R2 machine but now I am on a V7R1 machine.
