Yes I have installed it and used it - but since it doesn't offer me the option to just convert a block (whole programs only) I have not had much use for it.

I don't recall any issues with install. I think that there was more than one version available so make sure you use the correct one for your RDi release.

Assumedly you are on maintenance so I would suggest calling Arcad if you can't easily resolve it.
