Prototypes, (hopefully in /COPY members). Perhaps some kind soul has
already done the grunt work and made the source available?

A few of them are on the midrange wiki. I've created many for my
own use (and added a couple to the wiki) but haven't had time to go
add them all to the wiki.


I've now added to the wiki the rest of the API prototypes we were
commonly using. Hope that helps.
