I was wondering what do companies do when they need to train a programmer to learn RPG. I'm leaving the company I am currently working for to go to work for another company. My current employer has decided to promote from within and give my job to a co-worker of mine. He has IBM iSeries experience, and a programming background, but hasn't written or looked at a RPG in 20 years. Is there any good books or websites out there that I can point him to get to help him learn the new free format RPG? I have some RPG books, but they are old and don't have the new free format RPG in it.
