There are a number of RDi alternatives you might consider on your own, assuming that's allowed by your company policy.

For everyone that believes someone should be pushed back against their management --- maybe your jobs or more secure than the job I have. I know how many people in India or China could be doing my job. I have a nightly conference call with these folks every day.
