SORTA(D) and a qualified array -- RPG400-L

I am missing something.

     d ARDQ         ds         80    dim(500) qualified
     d Sequence                5s 0 inz

...
   sorta(d) ARDQ(*).Sequence

I expected that to sort the array in descending order. What have I missed?
