... normally real database applications do use commitment controll and in this environment, triggers are compiled with ACTGRP *CALLER and act as commit slaves; so a rollback will roll back the work of the trigger too. If a trigger is doing it's work asynchronous and should undo it's work, in case of rollback, you would have to register a commit ressource by calling the API QTNADDCR. After this commit/rollback operations will call the registered exit program, which could do the undo work.
