Hi,

Trying to define a display file that adapts to the screen size capability of the user's display.
I can't seem to find a way to get a literal defined that will appear in one location for one display size, but another location for the default display size.
It looks like anything that must be locatable based on display size must be a variable field, the contents of which are populated in the RPGLE program.
I'm spending too much time on this, I'm sure, but it shouldn't be too hard to do.  The subfile record should look different if I have 132 position available,
than when I am only on an 80 character display. I get the actual record layout must be the same for both display conditions.

Anybody have an example of this working they wouldn't mind sharing?
