Again, to clarify, ignore that the prototype is for the Qc3CalculateHash
API. Pretend that it is extproc('ABC123'). The sample code in the OP is
simply to demonstrate the compile error. If I figure out how to resolve
the RNF7535 error, I know that this compiled code will bomb when attempting
to call hash. I stripped out the extra code to keep the post short.
