(H) Half adjust (round the numeric result)

(P) Pad the result with blanks or zeros
(R) "Result Decimal Position" precision rules
(T) Time field
(Z) Timestamp field

If you think the RPG Reference is bad, try the SQL Reference. After

How on earth is somebody not already having 20+ years of experience
