When the SFL is loaded or changed, increment your RPG variable, delete all QTEMP rows where the ID column is >= your RPG variable, then write your SFL to QTEMP. For undo/redo, simply decrement/increment your RPG variable and load the corresponding SFL from QTEMP.

This assumes a save-on-exit SFL. If your SFL persists changes immediately to disk, additional handling would be required to ensure DB integrity.
