Hmmmm, I run my examples from ACS Run SQL Script without any problems (and I just tried it on 3 Machines with 7.1, 7.2 and 7.3).
Which statement did fail? The Statement with the XMLTABLE or the VALUES statement?
Did you try to replace my city (Kaufering) with any other city? Just for testing issues?

I tried running your sql statement below replacing MYKEY with my actual key, however I'm receiving a Sql state 38000 SQL 4302 when I run from Access Client Solutions
When I run from STRSQL I get User-defined function error on member QSQPTABL CPF503E

HTTPGETCLOB in library SYSTOOLS. The error occurred while invoking the
associated external program or service program B2RESTUDF: in library
SYSTOOLS.D, program entry point or external name
com.ibm.db2.rest.DB2UDFWrapper.httpGetClob, specific name HTTPG00005. The
error occurred on member QSQPTABL file QSQPTABL in library QSYS2. The error
code is 1. The error codes and their meanings follow:
1 -- The external program or service program returned SQLSTATE 38000. The
text message returned from the program is:
■■SYSTOOLS.HTTPGETCLOB■■HTTPG00005■■com.ibm.db2.rest.HttpUDFException .
