Hi Booth,

We have been looking to create an RPG interface to our multi database
product. This product enables easy access to databases such as DB2, SQL
SERVER, ORACLE, MYSQL. We have all that done.

The part we still need is an RPG program(s) that would use RPG to HTTP to
call our engine. We would return XML or JSON to the calling RPG program.
RPG than could process the output however it wants. The total solution
would allow RPG simple and quick access to all other databases.

We are aware of Scott's solution here...
http://www.scottklement.com/presentations/External%20Databases%20from%20RPG.pdf
but we see people struggle with embedding Java. We believe this solution
would make it much easier for the RPG programmer with no need to integrate
Java.

Thanks, Paul Holm
