have my reading material for the weekend! (Wasn't there talk that a second
edition was being considered? Do we need to create an RFE for that?)

THANK YOU for posting your / your company's standards / style guide for
service programs. While I have only done a little development of service
programs, and that was eons ago, I know enough through this list that
design considerations up front can pay dividends in the future.
