RNQ1221 Update or delete in file <file name> without prior input operation (C G D F).

Hi all,

This has me stymied. This program runs 50 times a day and it has had an
error 8 times in the last 4 weeks. It is getting RNQ1221 on the delete: Update
or delete in file SMWSHPPL without prior input operation (C G D F).

Any ideas?
