structures are in the certain Procedures and can't be accessed from
other procedures.
It is correct that data definitions in a subprocedure are local to
that procedure and cannot be directly referenced by other procedures in
the program. Just make sure that any data structures you create for SQL's
use are defined at the top of the program if they need to be referenced by
more than one procedure in the program. Data definitions at the top of
the program are considered global definitions from the perspectives of the
procedures in that program.
