Are you saying the existence of the CL0 tag makes the statements following
it only executed at "total time"? And as soon as a BEGSR or procedure or
output spec is encountered that means the end of the total time calcs?


In the programs I write with level breaks, I just do this

CL1 Exsr L1Rtn

CL2 Exsr L2Rtn

CLR Exsr EOJRtn


which was, I thought, the minimum number of fixed calcs I could get away
with.
