The free format syntax for such a constant is:

In the process of converting a few programs to **Free,
I came across a few constants in some of our rpgle
code that need to be converted to DCL-C but
realized that they may need to be changed to DCL-S
because old D spec constants don't seem to
convert with *on as a value.
Is that right or can one have a DCL-C True(*on)?
Can't seem to find any examples using *on for constant
for **Free.
