There are sevelal ways
LISTFMT refers to
*DFT SITE LISTFMT 0
*UNIT SITE LISTFMT 1
NAMEFMT refers to
*LIB SITE LISTFMT 0
*PATH SITE LISTFMT 1
The difference is in the CURDIR that if *PATH is used in NAMEFMT must be
*HOMEDIR that refers to the homedir on the userprofile so if one sets the
userprofile
to '/' ftp will start in the /root of the IFS.
LISTFMT *DFT/NAMEFMT/*LIB and thereby LISTFMT 0 is probably an IBM format
used by SNA
