If it doesn't convert RPG to Java, then that isn't what I was talking about. The converter was developed by Intentia years ago to convert the Movex ERP from RPG to Java. Then Intentia was purchased by Lawson which was purchased by Infor. The converter may just be gone. The Infor name for Moves is now M3, and it is touted as a Java product. No mention of RPG. Could be that the conversion was done, and the converter retired.

But maybe Infor has the converter.
If you're referring to Infor Developer Framework (IDF), that appears to be
a low-code framework. It doesn't convert RPG to Java. It enables developers
to "define" applications, as opposed to "coding" them - more like a data
file utility. My understanding that the architecture provides exit points
for calling stored procedures and web services. It's a developer
productivity tool. The end result is the same - applications end up running
in a JVM as opposed to running in the IBM i native virtual machine.
