Imagine these 2 service programs:

CUSTOMER
getName
getAddress
getEmail
getCreditRating

VENDOR
getName
getAddress
getEmail
getIndustryCode

I'm imagining a nightmare if you ever need to address both
customers and vendors in the same program.
