Yes. You use an extended indicator array to specify those columns
to be ignored.

Oh, one caveat... If you don't list the column names that match
the data structure then you would have a problem down the road if any
columns are ever added to the table. So, the route that requires the
least recompiles is to list every column name that matches the current
data structure and use the extended indicator array to ignore GENERATED
ALWAYS columns. In the case of dynamic SQL, this will at least prevent
having to list every column twice -- once when building the statement and
again when the prepared statement is executed.
