The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

I moved a couple service programs to production. (Having added several
procedures to them)
They would be used by early morning program processes.
I checked right away this morning, all processes ran fine
(they should have, i checked pgm/srvpgm signatures before moving them to
production)
I was taken aback when the edi850_f srvpgm object last used date was
blank... wth?
I then remembered I started using *DEFER more over *IMMED activation in
binding directory entries and edi850_f uses *DEFER.
I KNEW that the only program/process that would use edi850_f (for now)
ran... so i can only conclude
The program ran but exited before using any edi850_f procedures, therefore
the object last used date remained blank.
(sorta makes sense)
This is my conclusion, if anyone knows otherwise, please share.
John
