API to retrieve a list of all attached receivers for a given journal

All,
Is there an API that will allow be to get a list of all attached receivers
for a given journal?
I have found this: Retrieve Journal Information
(QjoRetrieveJournalInformation) API,
but that does not seem to do what I want.


I have a tool from the old RPGIVTOOLS library that given a file and journal
name will create an output file with the journal common data and the fields
from the data file.
I am looking to enhance that by getting the current journal from the file
using the RTVOBJD command, and then getting a list of all attached
receivers for that journal along with the date/time attached and detached.

Is there any API that I can use for that?
If so, does anyone have some sample code using it?
I am comfortable using the system API's, pointers and User Spaces.
