Booth, have you been drinking? Or maybe smoking those aromatic cigarettes
again ;-)

Subject: ACS, scroll bar, and mouse wheel
Yes, I know. Text based applications are dead, RPG has no future, and
scroll bars are for wusses. I know, I know.
This morning I am messing around with a kiosk program (I do projects for fun
now, too old to be useful to any one). Anyway, I am using ACS and running a
subfile program. I have a scroll bar for the subfile.
What a surprise! When I turned the mouse wheel the subfile scrolled.
That is new behavior. That must be an ACS thing? It adds a whole new
element of usefulness for users. Scrolling a few records, some records, or
a passle of records, it worked smoothly.
