Found that while fixing somebody else's code.

That "bug" goes back as far as V2R3M0 OPM RPG.


I vaguely recall hitting it back in the day and by matching up my hazy
memory to a listing I just happen to have from 96 shows the system
release info - rather than my having amazing powers of memory recall.
