Something is wrong with PAGRRN portion. Is BINDEC not the same the 'B'?

Should be as follows:

DCL-DS INFDS;
KEY CHAR(1) POS(369);
CURLOC INT(5) POS(370);
PAGRRN INT(5) POS(378);
END-DS;
