Easy RPG-callable equivalent to CL DLYJOB or C sleep()?

I need to throw a one-second delay into a Cycle program. (Not every iteration of The Cycle; just when it sees a record it has to act on.)

It's been a while since I've had to code a delay, and I can't recall if I've ever done it in RPG.

Suggestions, anybody?
